Lisa Westcott began her career in 1995, working for the developer of the Scottsdale Four Seasons. When she made the switch to residential real estate in 2002, she immediately fell in love with her new role as “matchmaker” between each of her clients and the property that perfectly suits their needs. Lisa considers it an honor to help her clients navigate their purchase, whether they are downsizing, upsizing, or investing. Her dedication has placed her among the top 1% of REALTORS® in Arizona, and she has been the No. 1 REALTOR® at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty and Silverleaf Realty before joining RETSY in 2023. Lisa remains in the top 1% of Arizona REALTORS® and in 2023 she was ranked 6th in total sales in the State. When she’s not in work mode, Lisa enjoys swimming, golfing, hiking, and spending time with her family — including her beautiful fur-baby, Ruby.
